Responsibilities:
General project office administration , Provides secretarial support and to ensure that our cross culture team communicate effectively and efficiently.
Arranges internal and external meetings, conferences, including logistics
Producing reports, power point charts, meeting minutes, notes. Documentation management, information security and project documentations.
RequirementsBachelors Degree in any reputable institution, Experience in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint etc)
Good communication Skills
Oral and written fluency in English language
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
Good organizing skills
