Qualifications:
First degree in Business Related courses, Humanities and Social Sciences. Possesion of MBA, other Masters Degree or Professional Qualification will be an advantage

Requirement:
- Candidates must be self motivated, self driven, and willing to work under pressure
- A good knowledge of the Insurance market is essential
- Candidate must be result oriented persons & must posess capacity to meet set targets
- Candidate must be computer literate and must be able to drive a car

Experience:
At least 5 years experience in marketing of insurance or other financial services

(b) Assistant Branch Managers (Ref:ABM)

Qualification:
First Degree in Humanities and Social Science or HND

Requirement:
- Adequate communication and analytical skills

Experience:
At least 3 years experience in marketing of insurance or other financial services

Job Specification
- Ensure effective and efficient coordination of production operations
- Ensure that daily shift target are met with minimum wastage and optimal output
- Ensure that packaging and raw materials are always available
- Liaise with QA inspectors to ensure that the require product specification is adhered to always
- Allocate work stations to all shift operatives and ensure that all operatives are well engaged
- Monitor and coordinate production operatives to achieve optimum utilization and output
- Presentation of daily production figures for verification
- Presentation of daily shift OEE

Competency Requirements
- Knowledge of production policies and procedure
- understanding of GMP and HACCP
- Reconciliation and report writing
- Report to Coordinator-Produduction

Qualification:
B.Sc (Minimum second class lower), HND (Lower credit) in any of the following Microbiology, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry and Food Tech. or related courses

Person Specification:
3 years cognate work experience in a Food and Beverage manufacturing environment

General Requirements

Maersk Line operates globally, therefore in order to thrive in a truly international environment; English skills (spoken and written) must be superior. Previous extensive personal travel could be an advantage.
